A Musician-Centered Approach to Performance Coaching

Performance coaching is not about becoming fearless. It is about developing skills that allow you to perform effectively even when pressure is present.

As a professional musician, former music educator, and performance coach with training in counseling and performance psychology, I understand both the musical and psychological demands performers face.

Sessions are collaborative, practical, and tailored to your goals. Depending on your needs, coaching may include:

  • Identifying performance patterns that interfere with consistency

  • Developing individualized performance routines

  • Building confidence and trust in your preparation

  • Managing physical symptoms and performance anxiety

  • Strengthening concentration and recovery skills

  • Preparing for upcoming auditions, recitals, or competitions

  • Creating practical action steps to apply between sessions
